9/20/11. A passionate atheist, evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins seeks to find out why we are here, wonders what life means, and whether their is a purpose to our existence. He once said that we are the lucky ones - because most people are never born.

Personally speaking, I think that being respectful of religious belief simply from a respect for traditional cultural systems is mandatory. This is not to say we should not critically evaluate the relative merits, virtues and potential dangers posed by any religious / ideological system in our midst.

Dawkins' operate has been dubious, and a wide range of Spiritual thinkers have dealt with it. For example, Oxford theologian Alister McGrath (author of The Dawkins Myth and Dawkins' God) maintains that Dawkins is unacquainted with Spiritual theology and therefore not able to socialize with thinking and have confidence in correctly.
